As players touched down across Europe and beyond, it wasn’t just them turning up, but the fits as well; and the jackets have made their mark as the stars of this show.

From runway-coded tailoring to long-haul streetwear done right, arrivals week has quietly become its own competition. Consider this your front-row seat.

Some players arrive. Alexia enters.

Heading into Spain camp looking like she’d taken a quick detour via Milan, this is how you do winter sun dressing. The standout is the November 2025 designer coat by Charlotte Simone; plush, structured, and impossible to ignore. It carries the entire silhouette without overwhelming it.

Charlotte Simone Winter Coat Collection (RRP £540)

BDG Bobbi Extreme Cropped Trousers (£49)

Paired with sharp cropped black trousers, slouched calf boots, and Oakley sunglasses, it’s effortless but deliberate. La Reina arrives polished and powerful. She is fully aware of the assignment. No notes.

Jasmina 20 Boots (£280)

Oakley Whisker Prizm glasses (£182)

Grace Geyoro: Head-to-Toe Dream Dressing

Grace Geyoro, take a bow. This is designer, head-to-toe, not necessarily accessible, but this is fashion to be inspired by.

GANNI hooded jacket (£475)

GANNI Women’s Puplum Top (£225)

Dressed in GANNI, the beige buckled hooded jacket is the hero piece. It’s that perfect in-between layer: structured enough for winter, light enough for spring. The flared shirt underneath softens it, while the Louis Vuitton ankle boots might not scream for attention, but they quietly elevate everything.

Mara Wool Trousers (£116)

Louis Vuitton Silhouette Ankle Boots (£975)

Geyse Ferreira: Long-Haul, But Make It Fashion

Brazilian fashion queen, always.

Geyse understands the long-haul formula: comfort first, structure second, statement third. The base is an AllSaints tee, an Adidas varsity jacket, and parachute bottoms, keeping it wearable and realistic.

AllSaints etta lover back graphic t-shirt (£59)

Then the outfit is elevated by a pair of Louis Vuitton trainers - pushing the look into a higher bracket without feeling try-hard. It’s balanced and exactly how you want to look getting off a long haul flight.

Adidas Parachute tracksuit bottoms (£70)

Louis Vuitton LV Skate Trainers (£1000)

Wow. This might genuinely be the jacket of arrivals week. The coated cloth bustier jacket by Elisabetta Franchi is architectural. The shape exaggerates the hips with the razor sharp structure and that deep cherry tone? Unreal…

Pleated trousers (we’re spotting a theme) ground the look and stop it from feeling costume-y. It’s strong without being loud.

Bershka Barrel trouser with pleats (£39.99)

Jule Brand: Denim Squared

I am a sucker for double denim, and Jule knows exactly why. Double denim is the easiest way to look pulled together without trying too hard. The slightly puffed shoulders add shape, while the gold hardware gives it that elevated edge.

Proof that sometimes the simplest formulas are the strongest.

Hilary Long Sleeve Denim Top (£85)

Janine High Waisted Straight Leg Jeans (£75)

The pinstripe pleated trousers paired with a cropped leather trench is such a strong outline; structured but relaxed. The pleats add dimension and class to your basic trouser, and the cropped trench is that perfect seasonal transition piece. The white button tee underneath keeps it comfortable and travel-ready without losing that polished feel.

It’s minimal, but exactly the kind of look that photographs well from every angle.

River Island Black Crop Leather Trench Jacket (£60)

Bershka Pleated Barrel-Leg Trousers (£39.99)

4505 Rest Day ultra soft modal rib long sleeve henley top (£24)

Elise Hughes: Comfort, Elevated

Elise might just be the comfiest of them all, and that’s not a criticism. A colour-coded hoodie and beanie combo is already solid, but the toque-style beanie gives it that street-style edge rather than airport lounge. The Salomon trainers are very in right now, and she’s wearing them exactly how they’re meant to be worn.

The blue UGG Tasman hoodie (that cross-stitching detail is elite…) pulls it together.

Arc’teryx Unisex Word Head Toque Beanie (£45)

Salomon XT-6 £165

The Real Scoreline

International break might pause club action, but it gives us outfit analysis in peace.

This break we saw elevated designer, restructured trousers and street wear that makes sense for long-haul flights. So, which fit sits number 1 on your leaderboard? And which one are you stealing for your next airport run…?
