Real Madrid touch down in style for the UWCL

Real Madrid face Manchester City tonight in the UEFA Women’s Champions League, and they’ve touched down in the city in style.

The club’s official partnership with Louis Vuitton was announced last summer, bringing the Maison’s approach to travel and tailoring to Real Madrid’s men’s and women’s football teams. Travel sits at the heart of the Louis Vuitton experience so the collaboration is fitting - with a wardrobe designed to take the players from the journey to official club moments. 

For the trip to Manchester, the Real Madrid players were seen in the Louis Vuitton ready-to-wear trousers and crew-neck sweaters, with embroidered caps, sneakers, and accompanied by the House’s travel pieces.

Horizon 55 cabin cases, Christopher backpacks and toiletry bags completed the looks, with the iconic Monogram canvas accented with Real Madrid’s white and gold stripes and the initials “RM.”

It’s a natural meeting of football and fashion for Louis Vuitton, who has a long history of collaborations within sport, having created bespoke trophy trunks for events ranging from the FIFA World Cup and Formula 1 to the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
